The Challenge
To design a brand with assets that will guide adults on how to educate their children, ages 3-5, about boundary setting and how to assert them with in their lives.

Three concepts that I felt matched the overall tone of Mindful Boundaries
The Approach
Mindful Boundaries is an educational brand with a target audience of adults with children ages 3-5. The goal is to design a balanced brand that will engage and educate both parties, the parents and children.
The logo captures the light and airy tone of the brand.
Taking it further
I was inspired to utilize handwritten type, colourful illustrations, and a bright colour palette to create a lighthearted feel for the overall brand. Once the brand was established, I designed several brand assets including a conversational prompt card deck, a website and a public installation.
Conversational prompt card deck
This deliverable will be used as a conversational prompt for adults to discuss topics with their children. Topics include bodily autonomy, boundaries, and affirmative consent. The cards will be organized into two sections; one will describe the topics being discussed, followed by a question that will open up conversations between them and their kids.
Public Installation
The visual display will be set up in a public library and will guide parents in their own education on boundaries with book recommendations on this topic. The location of this is important because it provides a central and free place for all parents and guardians to gain access to.
Website
The website will be a central hub, so to speak, that will provide viewers with educational resources such as articles, and activities and a central place to purchase the brand's product. There will also be a page that will allow viewers to post questions that they have come across during their boundary-setting education.
Takeaways
The use of in-depth research created a strong starting point for me to properly address the problem. Because of this, I was successful at designing the overall brand and deliverables.
